The wait is finally over! Chandra returns to the masses with their highly anticipated 'Lifted' and this one sure has a lot to say! Since their last single 'Lifted', the band has been preparing with rigor and determination for this final moment. A marvelous dose of sunshine, the band comprises Chandra Naiir, Chris Wang, Keith Jones, and Rock Cheung. Co-produced by Chandra Nair, Aaron Shawn & Elliot Vaughan and featuring guitar work by Dean McCreadie (Lifted, Overload), this latest EP will inspire you to believe in love and the good after the ugly. So get ready to be invigorated with 'Lifted'!

A journey of embracing the ebbs and flows of our existence with utter grace, this is a rose without its thorns.

We begin this astounding journey with the goofiness of their song 'Smile(No Fox Gibbon)', which sounds and feels like the sunlight after dreading rains. This is a sound of relief and motivates you to care less about the world around you and make the most of the life you have. 'Pretty' is a moment of embracing oneself for who they are instead of trying to be somebody else. "You should be who you are and that's what I call pretty", with such awe-inspiring lyrics, they want to motivate you to start loving yourself with your bare skin because it's nothing short of a gift.

'I'll Be There' changes the mood of the album completely with its bass-driven electrifying funks. This is a fight to not be afraid and to take a stand for yourself, because if you're good and kind-hearted you're always going to be supported and loved. The repeated drum and electric guitar thump make it super-energizing to listen. 'Lifted' on the other hand, is a moment of collecting yourself after a bad day. It is a moment of accepting gratitude and having a positive mindset towards life.

'Lighters To the Sky- EP Version' will feel something new from the artist, as it is an EP special release that talks about change-making in the world and having the courage to be loud with your ambitions. Last but not least, we end this liberating journey with the mellow undertones of 'Overload', which tells you how overwhelming it could be to anticipate good when you only witness the ugly. But this is a reminder to stay put as this is just a phase of dark clouds that is soon going to drain like the pouring rains. I overall loved the appeal of this album and if you're looking for something to get you going this will come in handy.
