Formed in 2021 by members of renowned San Diego bands, miniaturized initially began as a one-time MusiCares charity project honouring Tom Petty. Frontman Timothy Joseph gained insights from Petty's songwriting, which inspired him to create original music, shaping the band's unique identity. Essentially, miniaturized is a rock band.
