Desolate Gardens: Dive Deep into the Parched Promises with Reina Mora's 'Weeds'

Laying a solid foundation of clarity, Reina Mora returns to the masses with her brand-new release 'Weeds'! An indie passion born out of the dreams of her mother who passed away 6 years ago, Reina is an LA-based Puerto Rican singer-songwriter, activist and performer who writes this melancholic tune purely out of remorse from her very painful divorce. The track is essentially about giving your all to someone until you're left with nothing in return, this is a journey of glory and courage that is truly awe-inspiring. Let's decode what 'Weeds' has to say!

A beautiful narration of romantic turmoil and whimsy by taking mother nature as a reflective mirror, this is a pure work of art.

'Weeds' is a super emotive track that narrates the tail about giving in your all for someone, losing yourself trying to correct them and put them on the right track only to end up with nothing. Your love makes you put all the effort into them and want to see them do good in life, but their own addictions and distorted mind frames instead of getting better, get back to you as weeds. Providing an uncanny resemblance of the same situation with carefully planting seeds and watering plants only you realize that the entire land was barrel. This is extremely dramatic, poetic and deep, and would strike a chord of relatability with many, hence, is a must-listen from my end.
